These terms apply when you use this website or hire Stellar Line to design and build an AI system for you. By signing a proposal with us, you agree to them.
Stellar Line is an AI agents and automation agency based in Lagos, Nigeria, run by Micheal Odigwe. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Stellar Line, and "you" means the business or person we work with.
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out what we'll build, the price and the expected timeline. The signed proposal defines the scope. Anything outside it, including changes you request after signing, is a scope change and may need a new quote and timeline.
If we don't deliver what's agreed in your signed proposal, you get a full refund of the amounts you've paid us. To claim it, email micheal@stellarline.co within 30 days of the agreed delivery date and tell us what wasn't delivered. The guarantee doesn't cover:
Once you've paid in full, you own the code, agents, workflows and documentation we build for you. Third-party tools, platforms and libraries used in your system stay under their own licences and terms.
Every build includes 30 days of support after launch to fix issues with what we delivered. Ongoing monitoring, improvements or new work after that can be arranged separately.
We keep your business information, data and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver your project. We'll ask before mentioning your business publicly.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Either side can end a project with written notice. If you end it, you pay for work completed up to that point. If we end it without delivering, the money-back guarantee applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you sign your proposal applies to that project.
